So AMK managed to calm their nerves and beat Cresent Girls' yesterday by 13 goals. Phew huge relief! So 1 down, 2 to go b4 we clear the group stages girls!
Its been awhile since AMK has entered the zonals as underdogs! The bad thing is, going to the group stages unseeded might not be such a good thing as the draw might not be in our favour. Luckily for the B div, the fixtures have been kind. But not so for the C div, drawn with Cedar, Raffles, SCGS and Henderson, feels like the National's grouping already! Just try your best and good luck!
In the North, EVG C girls beat Fuchun by 30 goals. Well done in the first 3 quarters! Remember this is the best time for you to learn about the game as we did not have much court time in training! If you play well today and stick to your tasks, we have an outside chance too!
In the B div, Wdls Ring beat Hougang by 1 goal. That should be good news for EVG B girls and motivation to repeat last years feat by beating the same school and entering 2nd round for only the 2nd time in school history? Confidence!
Sounds exciting right? Even Pam gets nervous when i tell her about the matches! OMG and i have exams next week........Gosh how to study......
