First blog entry since Pam and I arrived back in Singapore from our 9 day trip to Japan. The reasons why i took so long to update was because we arrive at 2am on sunday morning, jetlagged, hungry and tired. We snoozed till noon, took a long time to unpack, sort out our smelly clothes from our buys and gifts, head over to Pam's aunts' place for dinner then back home to sleep and straight back to work on monday.... No life.... haha!!
Japan is a great holiday destination, from the fashionably shopping streets of Harajuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, to the Lavender fields and Sakura trees in Hokkaido. Excellent food from the ice cold soba and super fresh sashimi, to the pipping hot ramen, udon and curry rice! (They pronounce as lice) One thing that doesn't vary and change for sure is the excellent service (Pronounced Sur-vi-ce), i had only two unpleasant encounters with service out of 9 days... would probably be the other way around anywhere else!!
